What they do

Alta Ares is a France-based aerospace and defense company developing AI-powered hardware and software for air defense, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance (ISTAR), and counter-drone missions. Its platform combines autonomous air-defense effectors, an ISTAR product suite, and mission-management software for allied militaries operating in contested and GNSS-denied environments.

Hiring outlook

Because the funding amount and stage are undisclosed, the hiring outlook is unclear. The company’s product scope suggests potential needs across autonomy and AI engineering, robotics and aerospace systems, embedded software, mission software, testing, and defense program development.
